NOT ALWAYS ROSES? PRAY

No one ever said that you have to go through life pretending that it’s perfect? Everyone goes through struggles and everyone has problems. I don’t care how happy we appear to be, how often we laugh or how big our smile is, you have problems just like the rest of us. It’s okay to admit that. Sure, we shouldn’t walk around under a cloud of doom and gloom every day, but that doesn’t mean that those days don’t exist. They do, often in a big way! I’ll be the first to admit that I don’t have it all put together. Some days my life is smooth as butter and other days it’s pretty messed up. Life can be hard. No one can honestly say that it’s not. We all experience pain, sadness and anger at times. That’s to be expected. The most powerful words we speak are the ones between the spaces. It’s understandable that we don’t want to lay our lives out for everyone to see. However, with that said, it’s perfectly okay and sometimes necessary to open up to people. No one is alone. But, you can certainly feel that way when you keep everything bottled up inside. People love you and will help you, if you allow them to. Perhaps all they can do is listen or give you a hug, but sometimes that’s all you need. One thing is for sure, it’s perfectly okay if my life is not always roses. So I pray!
